Sinogel® is the first COMBINED HYBRID hyaluronic acid containing stable cooperative complexes of high molecular weight hyaluronic acid and sodium chondroitin both produced by biofermentation.
It is a device for supplementing synovial fluid to restore the physiological and rheological properties of arthritic joints and reduce pain.
Sinogel® is indicated in cases of pain or reduced mobility due to degenerative or post-traumatic diseases or disorders of the joints.
It is indicated for large joints.

Sinogel® was developed by IBSA as a result of NAHYCO® Hybrid Technology, a unique production technology based on an innovative, patented thermal process that avoids the use of chemical reagents,
enabling the formation of hybrid cooperative complexes of high-molecular-weight (hyaluronic acid) and low-molecular-weight (such as sodium chondroitin) components held together by hydrogen bonds.
Thanks to NAHYCO® HYBRID TECHNOLOGY, Sinogel contains a high concentration of
highly purified glycosaminoglycans (hyaluronic acid and sodium chondroitin)
from microbial fermentation.
